Rachel's book about the Atlantic Rowing Challenge is an honest and candid story about the crossing. She reflects on the life events that may have influenced her decision to enter the race and the many ups and downs during 3 years of preparation before the pair faced 30-foot waves, extreme living conditions and wildlife with big teeth during their eleven weeks at sea together.
